In short, there isn't a policy on licensed manga. ^__^;;
If we're told to stop distributing a series, we will, but otherwise, scanlation/translation of a licensed series will continue unless other factors (lack of time, staff, etc.) make it unfeasible. But we strongly encourage you to support your local bookshop and buy licensed manga when it's available! Scanlations are convenient, but nothing beats reading a real book!
